Quick Links - Improving Accessibility
Consultation has concluded
The community has told us we need to make our public space more accessible for everyone. We have listened and have identified eight Quick Link accessible path projects that will have a big impact on access and safety in playgrounds and parks around Wollongong. This means building continuous accessible paths of travel which link up facilities including car parks, playgrounds, picnic shelters and toilet blocks . We have some great projects happening this financial year with Quick Link projects at:
- Holborn Park, Berkeley
- Figtree Oval
- King George V Park, Port Kembla
- Port Kembla Pool
- Lang Park, North Wollongong
- Lakeside Park, Kanahooka
- Thirroul Beach Reserve
