What we’re doing

The right Planning controls can help create active and successful places. We’ve been testing what mix of uses, building types and sizes, and connections will improve the Wilga Street Block for our Community.

We’re proposing changes to the planning controls for the Wilga Street Block within the Corrimal Town Centre, to support a vibrant and flexible mixed-use precinct.

    The Wilga Street Block is identified as a key site for improvements within the Corrimal Town Centre Plan. We want to know what you think the Wilga Street Block and it surrounds should look and feel like in the future, so that we can prepare draft planning controls that will meet the future needs of residents, visitors and businesses.
