Consultation has concluded
Council has undertaken a review of the sustainability provisions contained in the Wollongong Development Control Plan (DCP) 2009. The review is detailed in the Discussion Paper: Sustainability and the Wollongong DCP 2009. To implement the findings of the discussion paper, Council has resolved to exhibit the draft amendments to a number of existing DCP chapters, and prepare a new draft chapter, A2 Ecologically Sustainable Development.
We are now seeking your feedback about the draft amendments. Feedback and submissions are being sought until 8 July 2016.
Please ensure all feedback is received by Council by close of the submission period, and please read Council's Privacy Notification before making a submission.
